Learn the art of making pasta in an authentic Apulian farmhouse, using genuine ingredients from our lands. By living this interesting experience you will be able to learn the methods of craftsmanship of the "orecchiette", Apulian pride and pride in the world or "cavatelli", similar and equally tasty.
Knowing how to cook the typical dishes of the ancient Apulian culinary tradition has never been so fun and easy!
