Cooking Class & Lunch in the Masseria
The Chef will welcome you in a typical Apulian Masseria , among the centenary olive trees and will be your guide for a culinary journey from the creation of traditional homemade pasta such as "orecchiette" and "cavatelli" to lunch.
Each guest will have the opportunity to put their hands in the dough and to taste and prepare a typical Apulian meal from scratch.
